We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Depot Representative Location: Freezone, Ibeju Lekki - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Logistics Lead Job Responsibilities: Monitor and provide daily and weekly updates on vessel receipts into third-party depots. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records on the ERP system. Ensure prompt issuance of waybills and accurate documentation for all dispatched trucks Coordinate the dispatch of trucks loaded from third-party depots via the ERP system. Participate in vessel discharge operations at the terminal to ensure accurate product receipt and documentation. Prepare and circulate daily truck-out reports to relevant stakeholders. Conduct daily stock reconciliation with third-party depots and ensure alignment with ERP records. Maintain strict adherence to operational controls, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Verify that all truck loading and dispatches are executed in line with approved daily pricing/rates on the ERP. Ensure timely loading and dispatch of trucks to prevent throughput delays and demurrage. Requirements: OND or higher qualification in Business Administration, Transport management or a related field is an added advantage. Minimum of 1 year administrative experience, preferably in haulage, logistics operations or fleet management Relevant administrative certification is an advantage. Experience: in Oil & Gas depot representative role is an advantage Team-oriented with good reporting discipline.
