Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Review and document control of Company forms, SOP, Manual ,Chart, Memorandum and other documentation. Maintain the manual master list of manuals and its associated updating and distribution. Publish and collate required copies of department manuals in accordance with manual approval authorities’ instructions. The timely receipt, registering and distribution of manual change request forms. This includes monitoring that applicable manual approval authorities review and respond manual change request forms and the resultant action (preparation of revision documents and/or responses to the originator) are taken as specified. Coordinate the preparation of approved department internal manual revisions and temporary bulletins. This includes ensuring that appropriate written approval is obtained from the applicable approval authority prior to the publishing and distribution of controlled documentation, its subsequent revisions and temporary bulletins. A record of all approvals is to be kept on file. The preparation and distribution of hard copy manual revision documents together with revision instruction sheets and subsequently confirming on record that all manual holders have received their copy. Maintain the department library and individual aircraft on-board libraries (as applicable) with complete sets of current hard copy documentation (internal and external manuals) as required by the master manual list. This includes conducting periodical audits of the library documentation to ensure all hard copy manuals are current. Provide training to departmental staff members who have been delegated responsibility for the maintenance of hard copy libraries (e.g. Flight bag/ On board libraries), to ensure all documents are present and current. Maintain master electronic copies of departmental internal controlled manuals identified on the manual master list. This includes ensuring the security of manual data and the archiving of obsolete data. Coordinate the preparation of departmental memorandums/ notices, including ensuring the distribution of departmental memorandum/ notices to all hard copy folder locations on the day of issue. Establish and monitor systems to ensure the retention of records in accordance with the requirements: of departmental file management registers. Requirements: Candidates must possess B.SC/HND in Library and Information Science with a minimum of second class lower/lower credit Age must be between 22-28 years Candidate must possess WAEC Certificate with minimum of 5 Credits (Including Mathematics and English) Candidate must have completed NYSC Programme Candidate must have experience: in Document control, Management and Compliance.
