Conduct regular stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations while investigating variances, shortages, and discrepancies. Calculate and monitor food and beverage costs, menu costing, portion control, and gross profit margins. Prepare periodic cost, inventory, variance, and profitability reports and provide recommendations to management for improved cost efficiency. Review purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuing processes to ensure proper controls and accurate recording of stock movements. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost management. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience: in financial planning, cost control, or related roles, in an hospitality environment. Advanced Excel skills. Salary N250,000 per month.
