Serve as the main point of contact for existing French-speaking accounts, processing orders and handling inquiries via phone and email. Coordinate with the logistics and factory production teams in Lagos to ensure timely export and delivery of manufactured goods. Manage and translate commercial invoices, proforma bills, and export shipping documents, etc., between English and French. Maintain accurate sales records and generate weekly performance reports for the Lagos management team. Requirements: Native or professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken). 1 year minimum of sales or customer success experience, preferably within the machinery, electronic equipment, and manufacturing, industrial Strong phone-based negotiation skills, CRM proficiency.
