We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of collections products, systems, and customer engagement strategies across the loan lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Collections, Risk, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, and Compliance teams. Develop collection workflows, customer contact strategies, and agent tools. Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for collections solutions. Improve collection, recovery, cure, and agent productivity metrics. Manage integrations between collection CRM, telephony systems/dialers, loan management platforms, payment systems, and data platforms. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible-collection practices. Lead testing, implementation, rollout, and continuous product improvement. Define product requirements, user journeys, processes, and success metrics. Key Success Metrics Reduced roll rates and collection costs. Reliable performance of CRM, telephony, and system integrations. Increased contact, conversion, and agent productivity rates. Improved cure, recovery, and kept-promise rates. Successful delivery of the collections product roadmap. Requirements: Strong understanding of the loan collections lifecycle and delinquency management. Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and Agile product development. Experience: with collection CRM platforms, telephony systems/dialers, and integrating both solutions. 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, banking, or collections.
