The role includes content planning, publishing, community management, and tracking performance to optimize results. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists. Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Handle social media crises and negative feedback in a professional and timely manner. Develop and curate high-quality content (posts, tweets, stories, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
