The Job Monitor customer schedules and proactively plan deliveries to prevent stockouts. Prepare and submit daily delivery loadout reports for tracking and analysis. Train, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity and efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations in all dispatch operations. Engage and coordinate with registered transporters for effective truck allocation and fleet utilization. Communicate delivery schedules to corporate customers, dealers, and the sales team. Coordinate loading and dispatch activities in accordance with standard processes and procedures. Supervise and manage the dispatch team to ensure operational efficiency and prevent errors. Monitor dispatch performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Minimize internal and external demurrage through efficient scheduling and planning. Requirements: Qualification: HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience: in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations. Experience: in FMCG or manufacturing is an added advantage.
