Lead the Vision: Oversee the entire design and estimation process, from initial concept to final production. Stay Ahead: Keep the team updated on the latest design trends, materials, and production techniques. Job Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Deep expertise in furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes. 5–10 years of experience: in furniture design and/or cost estimation, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
