Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR and operational strategies that drive organizational performance, productivity, and business growth Establish and monitor operational KPIs, budgets, policies, and internal controls while driving continuous process improvement initiatives Collaborate with executive management to provide strategic recommendations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Lead daily operational activities across the plant and business units to ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and achievement of operational targets Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, administration, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies Requirements: Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, SPHR, HRCI, PMP, or related qualification is an advantage Strong knowledge of HR strategy, industrial relations, operations management, HSE compliance, workforce planning, and business process optimization Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage Minimum of 10 years' experience: in HR and Operations Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Manufacturing, Plant, Mining, or Heavy Industrial sector Excellent leadership, strategic planning, financial management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
