Responsibilities: As a Health & Wellness Experience: Officer, you will: Promote approved wellness programmes, services, and awareness initiatives. Assist in organizing wellness activities and community engagement programmes. Gather feedback from clients and participants to improve their overall experience. Create awareness about healthy living and preventive wellness practices. Work with the team to achieve outreach and programme objectives. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, workshops, and company activities. Engage with individuals, groups, and communities on wellness-related topics. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and members of the community. Follow up with interested individuals and maintain professional communication. Respond to enquiries and provide general information about available wellness programmes. Maintain simple records of outreach activities, contacts, and follow-ups. Support health and wellness awareness campaigns, events, seminars, and outreach programmes. Encourage individuals to take an active interest in their general wellbeing and regular health checks. Requirements: Ability to work independently and within a team. Presentable, responsible, and professional attitude. Previous experience: in customer service, marketing, sales, wellness, community outreach, or related areas is an advantage but not compulsory.
