This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting smooth supply chain operations, and upholding safety and quality standards within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming spare parts for accuracy, quantity, and quality. Report any discrepancies or damages promptly to the supervisor. Storage and Organization: Organize and store spare parts in an orderly, labeled, and accessible manner. Ensure proper stacking and categorization based on part type and usage. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy. Dispatch and Delivery: Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of spare parts to service teams, branches, or customers. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Ensure all activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, damages, delivery status, and stock movements. Keep records of all warehouse transactions and documentation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely parts availability. Assist in training and guiding junior warehouse staff if needed.
