Key Responsibilities: Support recovery of defaulted accounts and assets where necessary Negotiate and follow up on repayment arrangements Conduct field visits to customers with overdue repayments Maintain professional relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders Requirements: Previous experience: in loan collections, recovery, or related field is an advantage Familiarity with local routes and communities within assigned locations Must reside in Lagos (Epe, Oshodi, Amuwo Odofin or Ojo ).
