The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Levels, etc.) Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers Monitor and verify construction progress against survey data Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities Requirements: & Qualifications Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying & Geoinformatics or related field with 5 - 10 years relevant experience: in construction or real estate.
