Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions from prospecting to successful closure. Real Estate Operations: Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, facility managers, and service providers. Conduct property inspections, site visits, and client property tours. Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Support lease administration, tenancy management, and property documentation. Coordinate day-to-day property management and operational activities. Marketing, Technology & Administration: Utilize CRM systems, digital platforms, and technology tools to improve productivity, customer engagement, and business performance. Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, transactions, and business activities. Prepare weekly and monthly operational and business development reports. Promote company properties and services through digital and traditional marketing channels. Manage online property listings and support social media marketing campaigns. Salary N200,000 - N350,000 per month.
