The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring recruitment targets and client expectations are consistently met. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment and demonstrate strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress. Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and labour market developments. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and recruitment reports. Support successful candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding processes. Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies. Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements. Ensure timely closure of assigned job vacancies and achievement of recruitment targets. Carry out other recruitment-related responsibilities: as assigned by management. Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability. Prepare and post engaging job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms. Ensure a positive candidate experience: throughout the recruitment process. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement. Requirements: Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
