Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, wellness shots and other beverages according to approved recipes. Wash, peel, cut and properly store fruits, vegetables and other ingredients. Ensure consistent taste, portion size, appearance and quality. Welcome customers, explain menu options and take orders accurately. Recommend suitable products and encourage customers to make additional purchases. Operate the POS system and handle cash and electronic payments correctly. Keep the bar, preparation area, equipment and serving space clean and organised. Clean blenders, juicers, refrigerators and utensils after use. Monitor stock levels and report ingredients or packaging materials that need replenishment. Check ingredient freshness, expiry dates and storage conditions. Minimise waste and record damaged or discarded ingredients. Follow all food-safety, personal-hygiene and sanitation procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties. Participate in product promotions, tastings and customer-engagement activities. Complete daily sales, stock and wastage records. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification. Previous experience: in a juice bar, café, restaurant, bakery or food-service business is an advantage.
