Oversee day-to-day HR administrative services and ensure timely resolution of employee requests. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation. Oversee HRIS data management and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, and other employee-related processes. Develop and maintain HR service procedures, workflows, and service-level standards. Monitor and resolve employee inquiries relating to HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and employment documentation. Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) and monitor the team's performance against agreed standards. Analyze HR service data and prepare regular reports for management. Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve HR processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and data protection requirements. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other departments to resolve employee issues. Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation and record keeping. Develop, coach, and evaluate members of the Employee Shared Services team. Lead employee service improvement initiatives and promote a positive employee experience. Perform other HR operations duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related field. Proven years of experience: in HR operations, HR shared services, HR administration, or a related function, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR administration. Experience: managing HRIS platforms and employee data. Good understanding of payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, and employee records management. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
