Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train kitchen assistants and other kitchen staff. Ensure kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for kitchen supplies. Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations. Handle customer feedback related to food quality professionally. Work closely with management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction. Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently. Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes and quality standards. Develop and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation. Requirements: Culinary training or certification is an added advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
