Key Responsibilities: Fleet & Transport Management: Coordinate responses to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and other incidents. Manage daily fleet operations, includingvehicle scheduling, maintenance, fueling, documentation, and driver management. Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and performance to ensure efficiency and cost control. Ensure vehicles are properlylicensed, insured, roadworthy, and compliantwith regulatory requirements. Use GPS/telematics to monitor vehicle movements and address misuse or inefficiencies. Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage purchase requests, approvals, supplier records, contracts, and vendor performance. Manage procurement of fleet, office supplies, equipment, spare parts, and facility requirements.
