Manage storefront presence on third-party e-commerce marketplaces, including product listings, catalog sync, pricing accuracy, and storefront optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical errors, checkout issues, and layout defects. Maintain a responsive, high-performing UI/UX across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Ensure routine website backups, security checks, and plugin updates are executed consistently. Manage and update the brand’s website and digital platforms, including product uploads, pricing, inventory reconciliation, and content updates. SEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize site speed, technical architecture, and organic search rankings. Optimize product titles, tags, and descriptions for marketplace-specific discovery algorithms. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies (titles, meta descriptions, tags, alt text, and GEO-targeting). Generate regular performance reports detailing site traffic, SEO visibility, and sales conversions. Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel to monitor traffic and optimize conversion KPIs. Design & Brand Aesthetics: Collaborate with the Creative Director to design and update homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional collection layouts. Implement user experience: enhancements based on heatmaps, analytics, and browsing behaviors. Ensure visual consistency in typography, color palette, and layout across all web assets. Continuously test navigation paths, cart flows, and checkout friction points to enhance usability. Order Coordination & Fulfillment Support: Monitor order dashboards across direct and marketplace sales channels. Support customer care teams with resolving technical transaction or order inquiries. Flag pending, failed, or disputed orders, escalating fulfillment or dispatch issues to Sales. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Participate in weekly meetings to present digital metrics, site updates, and project milestones. Partner with Operations, Creative, and Fulfillment teams to align inventory status with live campaigns. Contribute to strategic conversations regarding digital expansion and new market entries. Identify and propose new tools, integrations, and plugins to enhance store performance and operational capacity. A Typical Day: Prepare actionable analytical insights for site improvements and campaign support. Join the morning sync with the Operations Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on promotional priorities and stock updates. Conduct routine checks on site performance, UI/UX responsiveness, and analytics dashboards. Upload newly arrived products, update inventory balances, and optimize listings for search ranking.
