We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Creative Designer Location: Lagos Job Summary Pim Travels is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our Team. We’re looking for someone who can turn marketing ideas into strong visual communication from social media creatives and campaign materials to travel packages, visa campaigns, presentations and short-form video content. What You’ll Be Responsible For Maintain an organised library of editable/source files and brand assets. Participate in campaign brainstorming and creative planning. Professionally edit photographs and marketing images. Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to develop campaign-specific creative content. Support the production of short-form videos, Reels and motion graphics where applicable. Design campaign creatives, flyers, banners, brochures and other promotional materials. Translate marketing objectives and campaign concepts into compelling visual designs. Create visual materials for travel packages, tours, visa campaigns and special offers. Create presentations, corporate documents and marketing decks when required. Develop graphics for website pages, blogs, email campaigns and WhatsApp marketing. Maintain consistency across Pim Travels’ brand identity and visual guidelines. Stay updated on design trends, social media formats and travel-industry creative trends. Ensure all creative deliverables are accurate, on-brand and completed within agreed deadlines. Adapt creative assets into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms. Create engaging and professional designs for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms in line with Pim Travels’ visual direction. Requirements: Good understanding of typography, layout, composition and branding. 2–4 years of experience: as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer or similar role. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work. Strong proficiency in Canva and CapCut. Good communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Creative Arts, Communications or a related field is an advantage. Experience: designing specifically for social media and digital advertising. Preferred Skills: Experience: with: Photography and image editing Motion graphics Canva AI-assisted creative tools.
