This role requires someone who is hands-on, observant, physically fit, and willing to work in a farm environment. Coker Farm Distribution Limited is looking for hardworking, responsible, and committed Pen Attendants to join our poultry operations team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor birds and report sick or weak birds immediately Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance of poultry pens Monitor feed and water availability Report any unusual bird behaviour, equipment faults, or other issues immediately Assist with catching, stocking, and de-stocking of birds Record and report daily mortality Ensure feeders and drinkers are clean and functioning properly Rake and manage litter properly Assist with medication and vaccination as instructed Keep the pen and surrounding work area clean at all times Follow instructions from the Pen Manager and farm veterinarian Maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity procedures Requirements: Must be physically fit and comfortable working with poultry Must be hardworking, disciplined, and reliable Previous poultry farm experience: is an added advantage Experience: handling broilers is an added advantage. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must be willing to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays when required Must be attentive and willing to learn Salary N70,000 - N90,000 / month.
