Responsibilities: include installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware, as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues for end users. The IT Support Officer will monitor system performance, apply security best practices, perform regular backups, and ensure business-critical applications and infrastructure operate reliably. The role also covers repairs, preventive maintenance, documentation of IT procedures, and collaboration with other departments to support smooth business operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Information Technology skills, with experience: in general IT operations within an enterprise environment. Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities, including diagnosing, resolving, and escalating hardware, software, and network issues.
