Architect Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: Location Lagos Job Field UX, Design and Architecture We are looking for a highly creative and talented Architect to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role is ideal for an architect who goes beyond technical drawings — someone with a strong design eye, creative thinking, and the ability to turn ideas, spaces, and concepts into compelling architectural designs that can be practically executed. What You’ll Do Develop innovative and visually compelling architectural concepts for residential and commercial developments Translate project briefs, client requirements, and site conditions into functional and creative designs Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed design documentation Develop 3D models, renders, and visual presentations to communicate design concepts Explore different design approaches, materials, layouts, and architectural styles Develop designs from concept stage through construction documentation Work closely with the construction and project teams to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and cost-conscious Review designs and make adjustments based on site conditions, construction requirements, and project objectives Research contemporary architectural trends, materials, building technologies, and sustainable design solutions Collaborate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders Assist with design decisions and resolve architectural issues that arise during construction Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, planning requirements, and relevant standards What We’re Looking For Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution Professional experience: working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects Strong architectural design and conceptualisation skills Exceptional creativity and a strong design eye Ability to develop distinctive and commercially viable architectural concepts Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and detailing Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or equivalent tools Ability to produce high-quality 2D drawings and compelling 3D visualisations Strong understanding of space planning, proportions, functionality, and aesthetics Ability to take a project from an initial concept through to detailed design Good understanding of Nigerian building practices and construction processes Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What Will Make You Stand Out We are particularly interested in architects who can show us what they can create.
