Day-to-day responsibilities: include collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements, implement features, and refine user experiences. The role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, integrating back-end services, performing code reviews, and troubleshooting bugs and performance issues. The Android Developer will also stay current with Android best practices, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve application quality and development processes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles. Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Experience: with Back-End Web Development and integrating APIs with mobile applications. Hands-on experience: developing and publishing Android apps using Kotlin and/or Java. Familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, and modern Android architectures (e.g., MVVM, Jetpack libraries). Knowledge of RESTful services, JSON, and version control systems such as Git.
