Beyond delivering client engagements, the Lead Consultant will play a critical leadership role within Bridgemead Advisory by developing consultants, strengthening delivery capability, contributing to business development and helping shape the firm's intellectual capital. The ideal candidate has built businesses, led functions, managed complex programs, implemented enterprise-wide initiatives and understands the realities of execution. Key Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Project Delivery: Ensure projects deliver measurable business value within agreed timelines and budgets. Lead complex consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation. Work closely with executive teams to identify strategic priorities and develop practical, implementable solutions. Translate business challenges into actionable strategies, operating models and execution roadmaps. Provide trusted advisory support to CEOs, Managing Directors, Executive Committees and Boards. Drive organization design, business transformation, workforce strategy, governance and performance improvement initiatives. Strategy Implementation: Support clients beyond strategy development by leading implementation and change management efforts. Design governance structures, operating rhythms and accountability mechanisms that ensure successful execution. Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Lead enterprise transformation programes involving people, processes and organizational capability. Business Development & Practice Growth: Contribute to thought leadership, market insights and service innovation.
