The ideal candidate will have strong experience: in procurement and supplier management, with the ability to support project requirements: while delivering quality, cost-effective, and timely sourcing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare procurement reports, spend analyses, and maintain accurate procurement documentation. Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior procurement team members. Source materials, equipment, and services in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with project, technical, and Business Development teams to support project execution and bids. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors. Conduct market research to identify competitive suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, evaluation, negotiations, and purchase orders. Requirements: Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience: in procurement/sourcing. Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and procurement processes. Experience: in the Energy, Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
