Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations. Monitor stock levels and ensure effective inventory control and replenishment. Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field with a minimum of 2 years proven experience: as a Store Operations Executive in a retail store. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Must be goal-oriented, strategic, and able to make sound business decisions.
