This role oversees transport park onboarding, TSRrecruitment and management, loan disbursement and collections, relationship management, and overall project performance for the local government. The ideal candidate must have strong field experience, excellent people management skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with park leaders and loan applicants. The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving SCALE mPower operations within an assigned local government. Park & Local Government Operations: Ensure accurate documentation for all parks and loan applicants. Build and maintain strong relationships with Park Chairmen, cluster leaders, and key community stakeholders. Onboard and manage Parks within the assigned Local Government, ensuring full compliance with mPower operational standards. TSRRecruitment & Management: Monitor daily activities of TSRs to ensure adherence to processes and high performance. Recruit, onboard, and manage TSRs (Territory Sales Representatives) within the local government. Conduct training, app onboarding, and ensure TSRs submit all required documentation. Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Loan Disbursement & Collections: Coordinate loan disbursement processes and support efficient collections across parks in the region. Work closely with Finance and Collections teams to ensure smooth regional loan operations. Track repayment behaviour and escalate defaults or issues promptly. Field Monitoring & Compliance: Identify operational risks, fraudulent behaviour, or documentation gaps and escalate immediately. Conduct field visits to verify park activities, TSRperformance, and adherence to loan procedures. Reporting & Performance Management: Prepare and submit weekly local government performance reports to management (TSRoutput, loan disbursements, collections, park status). Monitor KPIs such as TSRproductivity, loan conversion rates, repayment rates, and park coverage. Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution: Support customer relations for loan applicants within the region. Represent the company within the region and uphold the brand’s values and professionalism. Resolve escalations related to TSRs, loan applicants, or parks and ensure timely feedback to management. Requirements: Minimum of 2years’ experience: in field operations, agent management, or grassroots project execution. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Proven ability to recruit and lead TSRs or field agents. People management skills and the ability to supervise diverse individuals. Excellent sales, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills. 3–5years' experience: in similar field-based or regional operations roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: Experience: working with digital lending, microfinance, or agent networks. Knowledge of field verification processes or community network structures. Conflict resolution and crisis management skills. Proficiency in using mobile apps, dashboards, and reporting tools. Expected Salary This role pays up to N500,000 fixed monthly remuneration, split across fixed and variable paybased on the achievement of agreed performance targets.
