Your role is to help us identify the right opportunities, open the right doors and work with us to move those opportunities towards successful engagements. We are looking for professionals who already understand the institutional environment and have relationships or access within government, public-sector institutions, large corporates or other organisations with significant workforce development needs. This is not a traditional sales role. You will not be expected to develop training programmes yourself. This includes: Securing meetings and creating opportunities for engagement Supporting opportunities through to successful closure Identifying organisations with genuine training and capacity-development needs Helping us understand the organisation's needs and decision-making environment Working alongside our internal team through follow-up and negotiations Introducing our programmes to relevant decision-makers What We Bring You will be representing an organisation with: Existing experience: delivering institutional training programmes An internal team responsible for proposals, programme development and delivery Existing business development and administrative support A growing portfolio of public-sector and corporate training solutions The capacity to develop bespoke programmes around client needs We are therefore not looking for someone to build the business from the ground up.
