Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and collections Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records Reconcile sales records with stock movement and transaction records Support petty cash and expense tracking Reconcile daily cash collections, POS, bank transactions, and customer payments Monitor customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports Identify and report discrepancies in financial or transaction records Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents Work closely with the Accountant, Sales, Inventory, and Store teams to ensure accurate records Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions Requirements: 1–3 years' relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Good understanding of basic accounting and reconciliation processes Candidates residing within Ajegunle, Olodi Apapa, Apapa, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2, or nearby areas will be given preference Good communication and organizational skills Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field Salary N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
