The role will provide technical oversight over all cold room projects, ensuring that the Company engages competent contractors, uses quality materials, adopts best engineering practices, minimizes construction and maintenance costs, maximizes equipment lifespan, and eliminates recurring cold room failures. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Professional certification in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Project Management is an added advantage Experience: Demonstrated experience: in commercial refrigeration, cold room engineering, or industrial refrigeration Experience: managing contractors and supervising cold room construction projects. Experience: in a similar Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) space is highly desired Proven track record of improving cold room reliability, reducing maintenance costs, and delivering durable engineering solutions.
