We are seeking a motivated and results-driven *Field Sales Representative* to drive customer acquisition, generate sales, and increase revenue within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through effective prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing. Consistently close sales and convert prospects into paying customers. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Collect and provide relevant market and competitor information. Identify and approach potential customers within assigned areas. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base. Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships. Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers within approved guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. Follow up on leads and customer enquiries to improve conversion rates. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers. Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers. Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management. Requirements: Must be proactive, energetic, and results-oriented. Previous experience: in field sales, FMCG, food sales, retail sales, or a related role is an advantage. Minimum of WAEC / SSCE Must be comfortable working in the field and visiting customers.
