We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Surf Planning & Reporting Engineer Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job Type: Full time Activities Planning & Scheduling: Define the schedule structure (WBS, milestones, interfaces). Propose schedule optimization and catch-up scenarios. Develop and maintain the project schedule (levels 1 t4). Consolidate schedules from different disciplines and/or contractors. Identify the critical path, float, and delay risks. Progress tracking: Analyze variances (baseline vs. actual vs. forecast) and identify their causes. Update schedules and completion forecasts on weekly basis. Collect, analyze, and integrate actual physical progress data. Reporting: Periodic reports preparation (weekly/monthly): planning progress, alerts and critical points. okey milestones, performance indicators (KPIs), Provide reporting inputs for: IMA Project overall integrated planning, Reporting tpartners. Reporting tProject and LBU management, Ensure the consistency and reliability of the data disseminated. Coordination & interfaces Working closely with: Methods & tools: project management. Apply the project's planning and reporting procedures and standards. Project Control / Cost Control, Proactively suggest improvements tmethods and tools.
