We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Site Manager Location: Ondo Key Responsibilities: Manage EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover. Monitor project costs, procurement, contractor performance and deliverables. Provide regular progress updates to management and key stakeholders. Identify project risks and delays and drive timely resolution. Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers and milestone updates, including on relevant energy-sector project platforms. Coordinate land, E&S, HSE and other project-development requirements. Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and overall delivery across project sites. Coordinate with relevant regulatory bodies, regulatory and grid-interconnection requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field. Experience: managing contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams. Experience: with solar PV, mini-grid, BESS, power distribution or grid-interconnected projects. Experience: working on donor-funded, government-supported or similar renewable energy/infrastructure projects is highly desirable. 3–5 years experience: in project management or project delivery, preferably in renewable energy, power, EPC or infrastructure. Software & Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel periodically to project sites in Ondo and Delta States. Strong technical understanding of renewable energy projects and ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and EPC contractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project-management/scheduling tools. Strong project planning, coordination, reporting, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Experience: with energy-sector project management and reporting platforms such as Odyssey Energy Solutions is an advantage.
