Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and workforce analytics. Partner with site leadership to drive productivity and a positive work environment. Manage relationships with employees, contractors, unions, and external stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or industrial environments. Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
