Job Summary The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for ensuring the accurate entry, validation, and maintenance of merchant and product data to support smooth customer onboarding and business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong data management skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update merchant, customer, and product information accurately. Perform bulk data uploads using CSV files and spreadsheets. Verify, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support onboarding teams by preparing accurate merchant records. Maintain organized documentation, logs, and CRM records. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies promptly. Ensure compliance with company data quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification. Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme is required. Minimum of 1–3 years experience: in data entry, data operations, or a related role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and VLOOKUP. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage large datasets while meeting deadlines.
