Commitment to reflection and improvement of personal practice: Participate in the teacher evaluation programme Engage in peer observation activities to support professional growth Proactively seek opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and stay updated on current educational practices Attend and actively participate in in-house training, external courses, and professional conferences. Contribution to School Community: Actively contribute to school improvement initiatives Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues Attend and meaningfully contribute to all required meetings Perform assigned supervisory duties, including break-time supervision Support and contribute to the school's extra-curricular programmes Promote parental engagement and participation in school activities, including Parent-Teacher events Demonstrate a sound understanding of school policies and respond effectively to routine parent inquiries. Requirements: Qualifciations: BSc Degree in Education: or related field with a teaching qualification and a minimum of three (3) years' experience: in international teaching school approved by an international schools association or body (e.g. IBO, CIE, AISEN, COBIS, COIS, AISA). Possession of Teaching qualification recognised by TRCN or additional qualifications from International organizations (e.g. CIE, IBO) is an added advantage.
