This role owns paid and organic acquisition, app store optimization (ASO), conversion funnels, and retention campaigns to cost-effectively drive user acquisition and revenue. Key Responsibilities: & Deliverables Paid Acquisition: Plan, run, and optimize targeted campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn, managing budgets to optimize CPA, CAC, and ROAS through continuous creative and audience testing. App Store & Organic Growth: Own ASO across Google Play Console and App Store Connect, alongside basic on-page SEO, keyword strategies, and content recommendations for website traffic. Lifecycle & Funnel Marketing: Map user journeys, eliminate drop-off points, and deploy automated email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp retention/win-back flows using CRM tools. Analytics & Attribution: Set up end-to-end event tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTMs) and build clear reporting dashboards (Looker Studio) to demonstrate channel ROI to leadership. B2B Growth: Support lead generation for enterprise/institutional clients via targeted landing pages and outreach campaigns. Candidate Requirements: Education: & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with 2 to 4 years of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience: (ideally within African tech startups, fintech, or SaaS). Ads & Analytics: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio. ASO & SEO: Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Google Search Console. CRM & Automation: HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms (WhatsApp API experience: is a plus). Key Competencies: Data-driven mindset, resourcefulness in early-stage startup environments, strong ownership, and deep understanding of Nigerian mobile-first digital consumer behaviors.
