As part of our centralized recruitment shared services, as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce, adept at identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for both high-volume and niche roles. What You Will Do Prepare open days and job fairs and coordinate the events, screening, and logistics, to ensure participants pre-qualify for the role Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate compatibility. Stay abreast of global recruitment trends and sourcing best practices. Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools to identify top candidates. Develop strategies to tap into skill pools in remote locations across Africa and Southeast Asia. Be able to creatively use all media channels, networks, and resources to untap talent in remote locations. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs. Provide regular progress reports to hiring managers and stakeholders. Utilize creative sourcing techniques for both volume hiring and niche roles, leveraging technology and social media platforms.
