Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Port Harcourt & Rivers State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly and professionally Attend to customer enquiries and recommend bakery products Ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service. Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor. Sales & Cash Handling: Process cash, POS, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods accurately. Issue receipts for every transaction. Count cash before and after each shift. Balance cash drawer and prepare end-of-day sales reports. Report any cash shortages or overages immediately. Maintain confidentiality of financial transactions. Ensure products are correctly priced. Hygiene & Housekeeping: Keep the cashier counter clean at all times. Observe food safety and hygiene standards. Maintain a neat personal appearance and wear the prescribed uniform. Record Keeping: Prepare daily sales summaries.
