The Corporate Partnerships Executive is responsible for managing and growing ORIKI’s existing B2B partnerships, including corporate wellness accounts, franchisees, and hotel partners. Key Responsibilities: Partner Retention & Renewal: Initiate renewal discussions 90 days before expiry Achieve ≥70% voucher utilisation across accounts Drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities Manage the full lifecycle of corporate and franchise accounts Structured Engagement: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing partners Maintain renewal and utilisation dashboards Coordinate co-marketing activations Franchise & Hotel Oversight: Escalate operational or compliance risks early Ensure alignment with brand standards Monitor commercial performance vs projections Key KPIs Revenue & Retention: ≥80% Renewal Rate ≥70% Voucher Redemption ARR growth from existing accounts ≥85% Partner Retention Rate Operational: 100% QBR completion 90-day pre-expiry renewal tracking Upsell revenue contribution Ideal Candidate: Strong data tracking & reporting discipline 2 - 3 years B2B account management experience: Structured thinker with commercial acumen Salary N280,000 - N300,000 monthly.
