The ideal candidate will have strong experience: in construction chemicals/building materials, excellent distributor and contractor relationships, and a proven record of delivering sales targets. We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager – Construction Chemicals to drive revenue growth, market expansion and distribution across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports. Lead, coach and manage the national sales team. Drive product specification with architects, developers, consultants and project owners. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer insights. Identify and convert major construction and infrastructure projects. Drive customer retention, profitability and overall commercial growth. Expand market penetration and develop new territories and sales channels. Develop and execute the national sales strategy and achieve revenue targets. Build and manage distributors, dealers, contractors and key accounts nationwide. Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain and Finance teams. Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria. Strong network of distributors, dealers, contractors and construction-industry stakeholders. 8–12 years' sales experience, preferably in construction chemicals or building materials. Experience: with adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, mortars, sealants or related products is highly preferred. Proven track record managing national sales/distribution operations. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Building Technology or related field. Strong negotiation, business development and team leadership skills. Commercially driven with strong knowledge of the Nigerian construction market. N1,800,000 – N2,500,000 Net Monthly.
