As a strategic leader within our Franchise network, you will be the key commercial partner for the Coca‑Cola system in your market, bringing commercial priorities to life and ensuring end-to-end integration across plans and processes. This role is about enabling successful marketplace execution through thoughtful strategies in pricing, pack architecture, channel development, and route-to-market solutions. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, system knowledge, and strong business orientation with advanced interpersonal and influencing skills. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including senior bottling partners and key customers—delivering strategies that balance affordability, premiumization, and digital enablement. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will partner closely with bottlers, franchise leadership, and marketing teams to activate commercial levers that influence sustainable growth. What You’ll Do for Us Ensure that execution standards and commercial metrics within the Operating Unit are achieved through close alignment with Franchise leadership. Prioritize and activate quarterly commercial initiatives while aligning cross-functional inputs to business challenges and opportunities within the market. Drive development and delivery of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the Franchise, embedding commercial strategies and execution frameworks that deliver measurable value. Serve as the key system liaison representing commercial perspectives in internal forums and across critical bottler discussions to maximize alignment and impact. Lead the integration of the commercial agenda across the Franchise and bottling system, ensuring business priorities align with structured plans for sustained growth. Shape the right Balanced Brand/Pack/Price Mix for the Franchise, taking into account affordability, premium positioning, and local consumer trends. Partner with marketing counterparts to ensure commercial integration into campaign development and market execution processes. Drive capability building by leveraging specialized teams in RGM, RTM, and Digital to address emerging market needs and optimize commercial performance. Utilize system economics and advanced channel strategies to navigate dynamic scenarios and deliver commercially robust solutions. Support customer engagement initiatives by aligning business plans with customer expectations and collaborating to unlock channel growth opportunities. Requirements: & Qualifications Proven track record in delivering end-to-end commercial strategies and operational excellence in a complex system or multi-stakeholder environment. High proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights for commercial planning and execution, with a working knowledge of AI-enabled and digital solutions. Advanced understanding of consumer behavior, system economics, and customer value creation to drive both growth and profitability. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience: leading cross-functional collaboration in a networked organization. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, complemented by financial and market fluency to enable sound commercial decisions. Familiarity with franchise or bottler operational frameworks is strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience: in commercial roles, with deep expertise in revenue growth management, segmentation, route-to-market, and channel strategy. Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior internal stakeholders, bottling partners, and major customers. Proven ability to balance transformational thinking with practical, hands-on problem-solving in fast-changing regulatory and competitive contexts. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
