As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The role requires a strong client-facing professional who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Establish effective project communication and stakeholder-management plans to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action points, and ensure timely follow-up and closure. Monitor project performance using relevant tools, methodologies, KPIs, and quality assurance processes. Manage project scope, schedule, resource, and cost changes through appropriate change-control processes. Ensure compliance with applicable project management, information security, quality, and organisational policies. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria with relevant stakeholders. Ensure project documentation, governance records, and deliverables are complete, accurate, and maintained in line with organisational standards. Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with client requirements: and evolving business needs. Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps. Coordinate UAT, implementation, transition, handover, and the development of supporting documentation, including user manuals and training materials. Obtain client acceptance and sign-off for project deliverables and ensure successful project closure. Manage client relationships and proactively address concerns to maintain customer satisfaction. Prepare project presentations, status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and key milestones. Requirements: Proven experience: managing IT projects from initiation through implementation, transition, and closure. Professional Project Management certification required; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience: in IT Project Management, preferably in technology, consulting, systems integration, or digital transformation.
