Key Responsibilities: Monitor operations and production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. Conduct regular quality inspections and identify deviations, defects or non-conformities. Document quality findings and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Monitor compliance with approved specifications, processes and quality requirements. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, non-conformities, corrective actions and quality reports. Work closely with supervisors and operational teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards. Conduct regular checks to ensure consistency and compliance with required quality standards. Report significant quality issues and recurring non-conformities to management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/HND in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Manufacturing or a related field. Relevant experience: in quality control/quality assurance , preferably in construction, manufacturing or a related industry. Good knowledge of quality inspection, quality control procedures and documentation. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify quality deviations and recommend practical corrective actions. Proactive, organized and committed to maintaining high quality standards.
