Key Responsibilities: Manage and update customer information on the CRM system. Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Track customer interactions, leads, and service requests. Liaise with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues. Prepare basic CRM and customer activity reports. Support customer retention and relationship management initiatives. Requirements: B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience: in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Experience, or a similar role. Experience: in Automobile, Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or related industries is an advantage. Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
