Calculate and monitor food and beverage costs, menu costing, portion control, and gross profit margins. Review purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuing processes to ensure proper controls and accurate recording of stock movements. Prepare periodic cost, inventory, variance, and profitability reports and provide recommendations to management for improved cost efficiency. Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure they remain within approved targets and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Advanced Excel skills. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience: in financial planning, cost control, or related roles, in an hospitality environment. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost management. Salary N250,000 per month.
