Ensure the company vehicle is always clean and in good working condition. Check the vehicle daily, including fuel, oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights, and engine condition. Report any vehicle fault, damage, accident, or unusual sound immediately to the supervisor. Follow all traffic rules and drive safely at all times. Keep proper records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle maintenance. Ensure goods or books carried in the vehicle are properly arranged and protected from damage. Assist in loading and offloading company items when necessary. Avoid using the company vehicle for personal trips without approval.
