Key Responsibilities: Training Development and Delivery: Develop and maintain a robust curriculum that meets industry standards. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps. Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with client needs. Assist the business development team in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients. Assist the Business Development team to drive training sales and revenue growth. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional client service to ensure high client satisfaction.
