We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Training Lead Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Industry: HR Consulting Work Structure: Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Lead to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience: in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and capacity building. Key Responsibilities: Training Development and Delivery: Develop and maintain a robust curriculum that meets industry standards. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps. Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with client needs. Assist the business development team in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients. Assist the Business Development team to drive training sales and revenue growth. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional client service to ensure high client satisfaction. Conduct client needs assessments to identify training opportunities. Training Costing and Operations: Develop and manage training budgets and costs. Ensure smooth training operations and delivery. Coordinate training logistics, including venue, materials, and facilitators. Requirements: * Ability to work independently and in a team.
